"Frank and I met about a year and a half ago when I hired Frank to come to Omaha to speak at Horsemens Park about the handicapping methods in his book.

After reading the book prior to his arrival, I was impressed by the great angles in the book and how Frank had reduced them to a very usable format in the form of the markable (and reusable) sheets. I admire that he was able to take all of this ideas---outstanding in their own right---and put them in this type of format. This was a great step ahead for how to impart these ideas to readers on a daily basis by forcing them to consider each of these ideas in every race and giving them the method by which to easily do so.

Since getting to known Frank, I have learned that he is now in the process of trying to automate his ideas to the maximum extent possible as more and more handicappers are computer literate.
